ADOPTION CONTRACT
We know that your new dog will be a part of your family and that you will treat it as such. This contract ensures that you will provide a safe home, all the love a dog requires, and that if you are no longer able to take of your new pet that you will surrender it back to I Dream of Home Rescue.
SPAY/NEUTER AGREEMENT
American shelters are overflowing with cats and dogs. Five out of ten dogs in shelters are euthanized every year for lack of space and resources. Spaying and neutering your pet is a way that you can help reduce the overpopulation of dogs in the U.S. It will also boost your dog's health, as chances of testicular and ovarian cancer are eliminated. All of our IDOHR adoptees must be spayed and neutered
ADOPTION LIABILITY WAIVER
This form is used to transfer liability of an adopted pet over to the new owner. It relinquishes all rights, ownership and liability from the rescue to the new owner for any future event/loss which may occur with your new pet.
